Mental Stable includes an optional diary feature with AI-powered insights powered by Claude AI (Anthropic). When you choose to use this feature:

• Anonymous ProcessingYour diary entries are sent anonymously to Claude AI for analysis without any user data, identifiers, or personal information attached
• No StorageWe do not store your diary entries on our servers. They are processed in real-time and immediately discarded
• Meaningful FeedbackClaude AI analyzes your entry to provide supportive insights, reflection prompts, and emotional wellness guidance
• No Training DataYour entries are not used to train AI models or stored by Anthropic
• Encrypted TransitAll communication with AI services is encrypted during transmission

All app data, including your preferences, progress, and any settings, are stored locally on your device only. This means:

• Your data never leaves your device
• We cannot access your information
• Your privacy is completely protected
• If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed

Meta (Facebook) Analytics

• We use Meta's tracking tools to measure app install rates from advertisements
• This data is anonymous and aggregated — no individual users can be identified
• Meta may collect device and network information as per their privacy policy
• This helps us understand which marketing efforts are most effective

App Store Platforms

• Apple App Store and Google Play Store collect standard download and usage statistics per their privacy policies
• Your device's operating system may log app crashes for diagnostic purposes
• These services are managed by Apple/Google and are outside of Mental Stable's direct control

Mental Stable does not collect any personal information from children or adults. The anonymous install tracking we perform cannot identify individual users of any age. We are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as we do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13.

Mental Stable takes data security seriously. While we do transmit anonymous install tracking data, we do not store any personal information on our servers. Your mental health journey, including all app usage, meditation sessions, and wellness activities, remains completely private and secure on your device. The limited data we do collect is anonymous and cannot be linked to you personally.

Mental Stable is designed to comply with international privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws. Since we only collect anonymous, non-personal install tracking data that cannot identify individuals, our minimal data collection practices align with privacy regulations worldwide.

Our commitment to protecting your privacy will not change. If we ever modify this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users through the app. Any changes will maintain our minimal data collection approach and privacy-first principles.
